Die erste Etappe umfasst drei Segmente mit insgesamt 179 Wohnungen. Die gesamte Anlage ist durch eine gemeinsame Tiefgarage verbunden. Die weiteren Segmente verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber sieben und neun oberirdische Geschosse.
