Das Lagergeb\u00e4ude wurde auf einer Sohlplatte gegr\u00fcndet. Die Tragkonstruktion bilden St\u00fctzen, auf denen Stahlfachwerktr\u00e4ger aufliegen. F\u00fcr die W\u00e4nde mit Sandwichpaneel-Verkleidung wurden Stahlriegel geplant, die zwischen den Stahlbetonst\u00fctzen spannen. Das B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude wurde ebenfalls auf einer Stahlbetonplatte gegr\u00fcndet und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Mauerwerks- und Stahlbetonw\u00e4nde.
