Das Objekt ist zudem mit einer Tiefgarage ausgestattet, die ein separates Segment des Komplexes bildet. Der deutlich erkennbare Knick im Bauk\u00f6rper markiert gleichzeitig den Verlauf der konstruktiven Dilatationsfuge. Beide Segmente sind viergeschossig, wobei die zwei obersten Etagen teilweise durch die Dachfl\u00e4che begrenzt werden.
