Eine planerische Herausforderung stellte der Entwurf des Objekts, insbesondere dessen Gr\u00fcndung, aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft der umliegenden Geb\u00e4ude dar. <\/p>\n\n<p>Die Queraussteifung des Geb\u00e4udes wird durch Stahlbetonw\u00e4nde im Untergeschoss und Mauerwerksw\u00e4nde in den oberirdischen Geschossen in Verbindung mit monolithischen Stahlbetondecken sichergestellt. Die Gr\u00fcndung erfolgt \u00fcber eine Stahlbetonfundamentplatte sowie Einzel- und Streifenfundamente.
