Das Erdgeschoss ist teilweise f\u00fcr Stellpl\u00e4tze vorgesehen. Das Tragwerk der beiden untersten Geschosse besteht aus St\u00fctzen, Balken und Stahlbetonw\u00e4nden, auf denen eine monolithische Stahlbetondecke aufliegt. Die Konstruktion der oberen Geschosse besteht aus Mauerwerksw\u00e4nden mit Stahlbetonelementen, W\u00e4nden, St\u00fctzen und Stahlbetondecken. Die Bedachung erfolgt als monolithisches Stahlbetonflachdach mit Attiken. Die Gr\u00fcndung des Geb\u00e4udes erfolgt \u00fcber Streifenfundamente, Einzelfundamente und Fundamentplatten. Aufgrund des hohen Grundwasserspiegels wurde die Gr\u00fcndung so geplant, dass Probleme bei der Baugrubenentw\u00e4sserung vermieden werden.
