eine vierzehn Meter lange Wandverglasung realisiert werden konnte. Die St\u00fctzen im Erdgeschoss sind aus Stahl, das Untergeschoss ist aus Stahlbeton ausgef\u00fchrt. Im August 2016 gewann das Geb\u00e4ude den 1. Stanis\u0142aw-Witkiewicz-Preis in der Kategorie Wohnarchitektur. Der Verband der Polnischen Architekten w\u00e4hlte dieses Objekt zudem als eines von vier Geb\u00e4uden aus, die Polen auf der Ausstellung von Einfamilienh\u00e4usern der Visegr\u00e1d-Staaten repr\u00e4sentierten.
