Architecture ausgezeichnet.<\/p>\n\n<p>Das Objekt besteht aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Geb\u00e4uden \u2013 beide sind eingeschossig, nicht unterkellert und verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber ein ausgebautes Dachgeschoss. Das Projekt umfasste den Wiederaufbau und Umbau der historischen Bausubstanz aus der zweiten H\u00e4lfte des 19. Jahrhunderts zu modernen Wohnzwecken.
