Wohngeb\u00e4ude wurde als teilweise unterkellertes Objekt mit zwei oberirdischen Geschossen (Erdgeschoss und Dachgeschoss) sowie einem weiteren Dachgeschoss geplant. Die Decke liegt auf Mauerwerks- und Stahlbetonw\u00e4nden auf. Gr\u00fcndung auf Streifenfundamenten. Gewendelte Stahlbetontreppe vom Keller zum Erdgeschoss; die \u00fcbrigen Treppen wurden als Holzkonstruktion geplant. Dach als h\u00f6lzerne Sparrenkonstruktion.
