Die Decke liegt auf Mauerwerks- und Stahlbetonw\u00e4nden auf. Gr\u00fcndung auf Streifenfundamenten. Gewendelte Stahlbetontreppe vom Keller zum Erdgeschoss; die \u00fcbrigen Treppen wurden als Holzkonstruktion geplant. Dach als h\u00f6lzerne Sparrenkonstruktion.
