Executive design of the structure for a two-aisle hall with an office building. The facility is located in Dąbrówka Wielka, Zgierz commune. The load-bearing structure of the hall consists of monolithic reinforced concrete pad foundations, precast reinforced concrete columns, and precast prestressed concrete girders with a span of 18.5 m. At ground level, precast three-layer reinforced concrete plinth beams mounted on HTA anchor channels were designed. The office building structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame with precast columns and beams, supporting hollow core (HC) slabs with a span of 12 m. The stairs were executed as reinforced concrete elements produced at the prefabrication plant.
The design scope also included a steel framework serving as support for window and door joinery, gates, and roof skylights. Documentation developed in Allplan software based on a 3D model.
