The building being developed at Lwowska Street in Nowy Sącz has four above-ground stories and one underground story. The facility includes twenty residential units and one commercial unit located on the ground floor of the building.
An underground garage and storage units are located on the underground level. The building is founded on a foundation slab. The load-bearing elements of the underground levels are reinforced concrete walls, beams, and columns. The load-bearing elements of the above-ground stories consist of reinforced concrete walls and shear walls, masonry walls, as well as reinforced concrete columns and beams. All slabs were designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. Flat reinforced concrete roof with parapets. A recreational terrace is planned on part of the roof.
