Investment consisting of four hotel service buildings, located in Bukowina Tatrzańska. The facility is equipped with an underground car park, a restaurant, a spa, and a conference room. Almost all apartments and hotel rooms open onto terraces, with balconies arranged directly facing the panorama of the Tatra Mountains.
Our office is currently working on the structure for three buildings and a system of connectors between the buildings, which provide connection between the underground car parks located under each of the segments. The facility is designed as a five-story structure, including an underground parking level completely embedded in the slope, while the lower ground floor is partially exposed. The load-bearing system of the lowest story consists of reinforced concrete columns, beams, and walls, supporting a 45 cm thick monolithic reinforced concrete slab acting as a transfer slab. The structure of the upper stories consists of masonry walls with reinforced concrete cores, as well as reinforced concrete walls, columns, and slabs. Timber rafter roof truss, combined with steel elements. Foundation of the buildings via foundation slabs. Each of the segments, as well as the parking communication connectors, are structurally separated by expansion joints.
