Nine-story facility, including two underground stories designated for a garage and storage units. Founded on a foundation slab, with a wall-column structure. Part of the walls and slabs are reinforced concrete, remaining walls are of masonry construction. Wooden roof truss. Part of the building is a historic building, which will be incorporated into the newly designed volume.
