The facility consists of two parts: a warehouse in the form of a hall and an office part in traditional masonry and reinforced concrete construction. The warehouse building is designed on a foundation slab. The load-bearing structure consists of columns supporting steel trusses. Steel wall beams spanning between reinforced concrete columns were designed for the walls with sandwich panel cladding. The office building is also founded on a reinforced concrete slab with masonry and reinforced concrete walls. The roof is in the form of reinforced concrete flat roofs.
