Residential building with four above-ground stories and one underground story (garage), designed as an extension to an existing building. Foundation on reinforced concrete strip foundations and pad foundations. Vertical elements of level -1 were designed as reinforced concrete, while vertical elements of above-ground stories as masonry made of silicate blocks and reinforced concrete shear walls. Reinforced concrete elevator shaft. The flat roof and inter-story slabs are reinforced concrete beam-and-slab structures.
