Complex of four single-family residential buildings in compact development. Investment located in the center of Zakopane – at Grunwaldzka Street. The buildings were designed as four-story structures. Foundation on strip footings. The ground story is formed by a system of reinforced concrete walls. The load-bearing system of the above-ground stories consists mainly of masonry walls and monolithic slabs. Roof trusses supported on a reinforced concrete slab. Gable roof, timber rafter construction.
