Two of the three buildings were designed as single-story structures, where the foundations consist of reinforced concrete strip footings. Gable roof, timber rafter construction. Roof trusses supported on external reinforced concrete knee walls.
The third building was designed as a three-story structure. Foundations also consist of reinforced concrete strip footings. The slab above the ground floor is reinforced concrete, while the stairs from the ground floor to the first floor are steel. The connection between the building’s attics is a glass connector with a steel structure.
