The facility consists of three main parts: the first part is an existing building undergoing reconstruction, the second is an extension to the existing building, while the third is a newly designed part of the building.
From a structural point of view, the most challenging issue is leaving 3 sides of the existing building intact. A garage for passenger cars is designed under this part of the building.
