We developed the design for a commercial service building, with the majority of the area designated for office spaces. The object was designed as a five-story structure, including one underground level designated for a garage and four above-ground usable stories. The last, highest story is designed as an attic. The roof geometry adds to the overall aesthetic, combining pitched slopes with significantly flatter sections.
