Complex of buildings designed in Bydgoszcz at 53 Nakielska St. The first stage includes three segments with a total of 179 apartments. The entire complex is connected by a common underground car park. Subsequent segments have seven and nine above-ground stories. The structure is predominantly monolithic reinforced concrete, with masonry and prefabricated elements. A transfer slab was used above the underground level to transfer loads.
