Complex of residential and service buildings. All buildings have three stories and a mezzanine. Foundations in the form of a foundation slab. Reinforced concrete walls of the basement level. The load-bearing system of the above-ground stories consists mainly of masonry walls and monolithic slabs. Timber roof structure, with some steel purlins.
