The project was awarded in the European Property Awards 2018 – 2019 competition in the Single Residence Architecture category.
The facility consists of two interconnected buildings – each is a single-story structure, without a basement, with a usable attic. The project involved the reconstruction and redevelopment of historic buildings from the second half of the 19th century for contemporary residential functions. Large glazing opens the facility to the panorama of Krakow.
