Residential building with four above-ground stories and one underground story (garage), designed as an extension to an existing building. Foundation on reinforced concrete strip footings and pad footings. Vertical elements at level -1 are reinforced concrete; at above-ground stories, they are 25 cm thick silicate blocks and reinforced concrete shear walls. Reinforced concrete elevator core. Flat roof and inter-story slabs are reinforced concrete beam-and-slab structures.
