Two distinct buildings can be distinguished within the hotel building with services. The buildings are connected in the underground part by a ramp, and on the first floor by an inter-building connector separated by a structural expansion joint. Structurally, each building consists of five stories (one underground, four above-ground). Transverse stiffness is ensured by reinforced concrete and masonry shear walls topped with ring beams and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. Foundations in the form of reinforced concrete strip footings, pad footings, and foundation slabs. The load-bearing system of the above-ground stories consists of reinforced concrete walls, masonry walls with reinforced concrete cores, reinforced concrete columns, reinforced concrete beams, steel purlins, monolithic slabs, and a timber roof truss.
