The building was created as a reconstruction and conservation redevelopment of the “Warszawianka” holiday and summer camp house, erected between 1903 and 1930 at Jagiellońska Street in Zakopane. The hotel building was designed as a six-story structure, including two underground stories and four above-ground stories.
