The load-bearing structure for the above-ground stories is a reinforced concrete slab-wall system, which allowed for a fourteen-meter long glazed wall. The ground floor columns are steel. The underground story is reinforced concrete. In August 2016, the building won the 1st Stanisław Witkiewicz Award in the residential architecture category. The Association of Polish Architects also selected this object as one of four representing Poland at the exhibition of single-family houses of the Visegrad Group Countries. In 2017, the building received the “European Property Awards 2017” in London as the best single-family building from Poland.
