The buildings were designed as two-story structures with a ground floor and a usable attic. Access to the terrace from the ground floor level. Foundations consist of reinforced concrete pad footings and strip footings. The load-bearing elements for the ground slab in the residential part consist of a system of foundation walls and concrete-filled steel columns. The load-bearing elements supporting the slab above the ground floor consist of masonry walls topped with a reinforced concrete ring beam and reinforced concrete columns. Reinforced concrete slab above the ground floor. Steel stairs from the ground floor to the upper floor. Gable roof, timber rafter construction.
