Building located in the Krakow district: Łagiewniki – Borek Fałęcki, right next to Zakopiańska Street. The object consists of seven stories, including two partially underground stories intended for a garage and tenant storage units. Founded on a foundation slab, with a wall-column structure. Part of the walls and slabs are reinforced concrete, remaining walls are of masonry structure. Flat roof with a parapet.
