A nine-story building, including two underground levels designated for a garage and storage units. Founded on a foundation slab, with a wall-column structural system. Part of the walls and slabs made of reinforced concrete, remaining walls of masonry structure. Wooden roof truss. Part of the building consists of a historic structure that will be integrated into the newly designed volume.
