Multi-family residential building, located in close proximity to the Płaszowski Pond, in the Podgórze district of Krakow.
The facility is designed as a six-story structure, without a basement. The ground floor is partially designated for parking spaces. The load-bearing system of the two lowest stories consists of reinforced concrete columns, beams, and walls, supporting a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The structure of the upper stories consists of masonry walls with reinforced concrete elements, as well as reinforced concrete walls, columns, and slabs. Roofing in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete flat roof with parapets. The building is founded on strip foundations, pad foundations, and foundation slabs. Due to the high groundwater level, the foundation was designed to avoid problems with excavation dewatering. Expansion joints for the structure were also provided.
