Residential building with one underground story and four above-ground stories, connected by an elevator and a reinforced concrete staircase. The load-bearing system consists of masonry walls, columns, and reinforced concrete shear walls. Timber rafter-purlin roof. Attic slopes constructed of ceramic blocks. Rafters supported outside the building outline on square hollow sections.
