The building consists of twelve apartments of various sizes and thirteen parking spaces located in the underground garage, directly beneath the building. Traditional building structure, founded on a foundation slab, with reinforced concrete slabs and reinforced concrete and masonry walls. The building has one underground story and three above-ground stories. Additionally, due to complex terrain conditions, reinforced concrete retaining walls were designed. In addition to the structural design, the scope of work included coordinating the preparation of other discipline designs: water and sewage systems, mechanical ventilation, and electrical installations.
