The building, located at Szymańskiego Street in Krakow, comprises four above-ground stories and one underground story housing a multi-space garage. The entire structure is founded on a foundation slab. The vast majority of structural elements are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is topped with a flat roof with parapets.
