The design covers stages II and III of the investment, i.e., the construction of four multi-family residential buildings with retail, service, and educational areas, underground garages, and necessary infrastructure. The facilities have one underground story and eight above-ground stories. The main buildings are connected to each other via a patio, featuring a usable flat roof.
