Residential building designed with a partial basement, two above-ground stories (ground floor and attic), and an attic level I. Slab supported on masonry walls and reinforced concrete walls. Foundations in the form of strip footings. Reinforced concrete winder stairs from the basement to the ground floor; others designed as timber. Timber rafter roof structure. The structural system of the attic consists of a reinforced concrete frame system supporting the roof.
