Building in traditional technology: masonry, two-story, consisting of two wings positioned parallel to each other, creating a spacious green courtyard. In the underground part, a reinforced concrete column-slab structural system; in the above-ground part – masonry made of ceramic blocks.
Timber roof with a rafter-purlin structure. The building was divided by expansion joints into three parts – creating a division into a guesthouse part and a residential part.
