Building consisting of three underground stories and four above-ground stories. The facility was executed using monolithic reinforced concrete technology; only over the conference hall were prefabricated prestressed concrete slabs with a span of sixteen meters used. The roof truss was executed as a combination of timber elements with steel elements.
