The building was erected as a reconstruction and conservationist redevelopment of the “Warszawianka” holiday and summer camp house, which was built between 1903 and 1930 at Jagiellońska Street in Zakopane. The hotel building was designed as a six-story structure, including two underground stories and four above-ground.
