Building with one underground story, three above-ground stories, one story with a terrace, and a technical story. The building was erected in Zakopane in the upper part of Krupówki Street, in very close proximity to the Foluszowy Stream. The supervised works began with reinforcing the existing CFA pile wall. After excavating to the foundation level, a drainage network was executed under the lean concrete layer. Spray-applied bituminous waterproofing. Reinforced concrete basement walls cast against the pile wall. Reinforced concrete structure of the facility. Steel structure skylight. The settlement of both the building being erected and neighboring structures was precisely monitored at all times.
