Level -1 is designated for an underground garage. On the ground floor, there is a commercial unit with social facilities and a parking area. The remaining floors are residential units. A recreational area is planned on the flat roof. The building is founded on a 40 cm thick foundation slab with local deepenings. The load-bearing elements of the underground story are reinforced concrete walls and columns. The load-bearing elements of the above-ground stories consist of reinforced concrete walls and shear walls, masonry walls (on the highest stories), as well as reinforced concrete columns and beams. The slabs above levels -1 and 0 are designed as transfer slabs with a thickness of 35 cm. All slabs are monolithic reinforced concrete. Part of the building features a flat reinforced concrete roof with parapets.
