The warehouse building is designed on a foundation slab. The load-bearing structure consists of columns supporting steel trusses. Steel wall beams spanning between reinforced concrete columns were designed for the walls with sandwich panel cladding. The office building is also founded on a reinforced concrete slab with masonry and reinforced concrete walls.
