The building is designed as a five-story structure, including one underground story and four above-ground. Two stories are within the roof. The foundation consists of a foundation slab with local deepenings. The load-bearing elements of the underground story consist of reinforced concrete walls and columns. The load-bearing elements of the above-ground stories consist of reinforced concrete walls and shear walls, masonry walls, and reinforced concrete columns. All slabs are monolithic reinforced concrete. Timber roof structure, with some steel purlins; rafter roof. The main roof is gable, with six dormers.
