Building with a basement, a ground floor, a first floor, and a usable attic. Foundations in the form of a 35-centimeter thick reinforced concrete foundation slab, with local thickenings under reinforced concrete columns. Reinforced concrete slabs over the residential part 20 centimeters thick. The load-bearing system of the attic structure consists of reinforced concrete columns, beams, and walls, as well as masonry walls. Steel roof structure made of HEA sections and an HEB beam in the gable wall. Timber rafter roof truss.
