The facility resulted from the extension and reconstruction of a hotel building erected in the 1960s – the “Zenepol” hotel. In the existing part, the flat roof was replaced with a timber structure roof; additionally, several dozen wall penetrations were executed. Foundation underpinning was also designed. Newly designed part: underground story structure – reinforced concrete; above-ground stories – masonry walls, reinforced concrete slabs. Steel roof over the conference hall with a span of twelve meters.
