Underground garage and lower ground floor made using watertight concrete technology. Mixed structural system; load-bearing elements in the form of reinforced concrete walls, slabs, beams, and columns were used. Basement walls 30 centimeters thick. Up to and including the ground floor level, the walls are designed as reinforced concrete; above, they are masonry with reinforced concrete cores. A composite beam was also used, and some of the upstand beams reach a height of about two meters. Timber rafter roof truss, combined with steel elements due to local roof eaves overhangs reaching three meters.
