Non-basement, four-story building. Foundations in the form of a 40 cm thick reinforced concrete foundation slab with thickenings. Below the bottom slab level, there is a 60 cm layer of replaced soil – sandy gravel. The load-bearing system consists of masonry walls, reinforced concrete walls, shear walls, and columns supporting the reinforced concrete slab. A reinforced concrete beam was designed along the external perimeter to support the slab. Slabs have a constant thickness of 25 cm; only above the interior columns, the thickness is 35 cm due to punching shear. The last slab functions as the building cover and the load-bearing layer for the flat roof structure.
