The designed object is a detached building with a basement. The building foundation is designed as direct, on a foundation slab. The main load-bearing structure consists of a masonry wall-column system. Slabs in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and on prestressed hollow core slabs, which provide a larger space for the ballroom. In addition to the executive design, we also provide comprehensive services as the investor’s supervision inspector.
