The building is founded directly on pad and strip foundations on rocky ground. Level -1 is a single-story garage with a slab-column structure, circulation areas, and a fire protection tank. Levels 0, +1, and +2 are retail, service, and office areas. Floor slabs are 25 centimeters thick with local thickenings. Two external cantilevers with overhangs of 15 meters and 12 meters were executed using a steel-composite structure. The building has a reinforced concrete structure, locally using HEB and IPE sections.
